The story focuses on pride, on the need to put oneself in other people’s skin and be respectful.Tired of having no friends, Cornelius Bloom decided to build himself one. Although he was just a boy, he was very good at science, especially robotics, so he set out to make a mechanical friend who would laugh at all his jokes and would always be willing to play with him without demanding anything in return. He was convinced that his classmates didn’t like him because he was so smart, smarter than all of them put together. He was wrong, at least in part.
