The appearance of a Giant in the jungle worries the animals that live there. Elephant, Gaur, Monkey, Deer and the rest of the animals decide to meet Sang Kancil and ask his advice to deal with the problem. Kancil devises a trick using rattan, which he claims is a gift form Raja Solomon that will ease an aching body. The Giant wants to get rid of his pain, lets Kancil bind the rattan around him as tightly as he can. The Giant dies from being bound so tightly and Kancil is considered a hero, except by Tiger, who never stops wanting to get him.
