If you forget your password, click on the "Sign In / Sign Up" button on the website > click “Forgot password?”

Enter the email you used to sign up and click "Save" to confirm the password reset.

The system will send a verification code for password reset to your email. Click “Click here to reset password” in the email.

Then, enter the verification code you received via email.

If the code is correct, the system will take you to the step where you can enter a new password. Please enter your new password.

Once you have successfully changed your password, a pop-up window will appear confirming the successful password change.
