1.Go to the Sign In page and click Forgot password?

2.Enter the email address used to register your account, then click Confirm to request a password reset.

3.The system will send a Verification Code to the specified email address. Copy the Verification Code, return to the system, enter the code in the provided field, and click Submit Code.

4.Set your New Password as desired, then click Update Password to confirm the change.

5.Once the process is completed successfully, a pop-up notification will appear indicating that the password has been changed successfully. You may then log in immediately using your new password.
