In the 90s, Keruak Village, Praya Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, every 6 pm, sirens sounded. All residents' activities were stopped. They hid, and no one was allowed to come out. There is one absolute rule that residents must obey, namely, after the sirens sound, no one may turn on any lights or light sources. Residents know, there is something hiding in the dark.

This has been the rule for years, even before Keruak was touched by the government and the electricity route had not yet passed through. Many victims have fallen because of breaking the rules. Each of the victims was found dead in strange conditions. Their bones, flesh, all internal organs disappeared. Corpses are usually just skin and hair. Residents are aware that they cannot always live like that.
