Buddha amulets in Thai belief are not just some priced up ancient relics, As a gift, they can represent the giver’s goodwill towards the receiver, wishing them to be safe and blessed with good fortune. ‘Chanachok’, A keen amulets collector meets ‘Timthong’, a man in his ‘Benjapes’ year, a year that believed to attract misfortunes towards the person who turns 25. Chanachok helps him preventing danger of his Benjapes year by recommending some amulets and gave him a guideline to tell the differences. Timthong owns a Buddhist goods shophouse in the old town Bang Lumphu. His aunt taught him to made traditional handmade incense sticks, candles, and Thai perfume that he sells at the shop, along with other religious supplies. Chanachok stops by and invites him to visit many temples together to find a Buddha amulet that suits the shopkeeper. They didn’t get one so Chanachok ends up giving Timthong his own rare amulet instead as a token of his affection. Later on, Chanachok finds out that Timthong enjoys bike touring and he himself likes historical sites so they go on a trip to Ayutthaya together. As their relationship develops, the two decide to come out to their families.
