Chongnang, a modern-day forensic pathologist, is called to investigate a mysterious case at the ruins of an ancient residence once belonging to a nobleman known as Lord Asura.

After pricking her finger on a Damask rose growing among the ruins, she loses consciousness and awakens in the Ayutthaya Kingdom, in the body of Buakaew, a young noblewoman from the past.

Stranded in an unfamiliar era, Chongnang must conceal her true identity while learning to survive within the rigid customs and social hierarchy of ancient Siam.

Her path soon crosses that of Ork Khun Ram Rakhop, a formidable nobleman of mixed Siamese and Dutch heritage.

With his towering stature, blue eyes, and intimidating demeanor, he is feared by many and whispered about as an Asura, a demon from legend.

Yet beneath his cold and fearsome exterior lies a man burdened by loneliness, prejudice, and wounds he has never allowed anyone to see.

Although they begin with suspicion and constant conflict, Chongnang gradually discovers the gentleness hidden behind his frightening reputation, while Ork Khun Ram Rakhop becomes fascinated by her intelligence,
